House-made Olive Hummus
/1 Cup Chick Peas
2 TBSP pureed olives
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP EVOO
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp pureed roasted red pepper
Add ingredients to mortar & pestle. Crush until smooth. Add garnish of drizzled EVOO & sifted cumin. Enjoy!
